It's sometimes difficult to balance the intangible idea of what you may get out of embarking on a personal fitness programme against the thought of spending hard cash. But realistically, what is more important than your health?
At The Body Architect, we recognise that the cost of our service is important to you, so we do not offer a 'one size fits all' cost solution. We tailor the overall cost to the type of service you require. There is of course a standard hourly rate but sessions can be bought as a single or as multiple block bookings. Naturally there is some saving for booking multiple sessions.
You may only have time to commit an hour for your session or prefer to train for 1.5 hours at a time or share your session with a friend or partner. The choice is yours. All we ask is that once we have agreed with you the level of service you require, that you pay upfront for your agreed sessions to confirm your bookings at your chosen time slot.
You may want simple training by the hour or you may be looking for a more involved fitness assessment, nutritional advice and a full training programme...or even a more complex six month fitness plan.
